My First Youtube Video!

Hellooo!
Recently I celebrated my 21st birthday and as a gift to myself, I got myself a super nice camera! One of the first things I did when I got it was film myself doing my makeup! Makeup videos and "Get Ready With Me" videos are some of my favorites to watch, so I thought I would film my own GRWM. It is a neutral eye and a red lip. Obviously, I'm very new to filming and editing videos, so this is nothing too fancy! Its just me doing my makeup. lol I really enjoyed making this video, so I will probably make some more in the future. Until then, I hope yall enjoy this one! All of the products I use are listed in the upper left hand corner as I use them. Thanks for reading & watching! <3 Also, if you enjoyed the video, feel free to give it a thumbs up and subscribe in case I ever post more videos! :)

Also, I didn't realize till after I uploaded the video that I misspelled the word neutral in the intro. lol I know how to spell. That really bugged the heck out of me so I felt the need to address it . haha :)

Revlon Photoready Eye Art Topaz Twinkle First Impression

The Cream Eye Shadow:
  • It is very wet when you first apply it to your eyes. For the best results, close your eyes and wait for it to dry so it doesn't wrinkle up.
  • Blend it into your socket before it completely dries. If you don't blend, you will be left with a very harsh line. Once it dries you cant blend it any more, so work quickly because it will not budge!
  • My eyes burned  a few minutes after I finished all of my eye makeup. I couldn't tell if it was from this product or the eyeliner I wore, though.
The Glitter Eyeliner:
  • It went on very easily. I just lined my upper and part of my lower lash line.
  • The glitter shows up really well and isn't too over the top.
Overall:
I really liked this product. It is very affordable at $7.99 and very high quality. I wore it for about 5 hours and it didn't budge. I was sad about removing my makeup it because it looked so good! This is  a drugstore gem! Because of this product, I wont be paying any extra $$ for a high end glitter eye liner anytime soon. Great job Revlon!

In this photo I'm wearing Laura Mercier Mineral Foundation in Real Sand, Bare Minerals Well Rested, Revlon Photoready Eye Art in Topaz Twinkle, Urban Decay black eyeliner,Maybelline Full n Soft Mascara, NYC Sunny Bronzer on my face and in my socket to add more dimension to the eye & Marc Jacobs Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.

MOVIES & TV!

  • Aquamarine- This is one of my favorite movies. I've probably seen it a gazillion times since i was a kid. Its a really fun girly movie! Its about a mermaid who leaves the ocean looking for love to prove to her father that love exists.

  • Sisterhood of the traveling pants 1&2-  I watch these, especially part 2, if I'm craving a movie that involves traveling to beautiful places. These movies make me want to travel to Greece every time I watch them.

  • Soul Surfer- This is a very inspirational story about Bethany Hamilton who lost her arm in a shark attack. This is a very uplifting and motivational movie. It will leave you in a good mood.

  • H20 - This is one of my favorite TV shows! I grew up watching this show. If you love mermaids like I do, you will love it! Also, it is surprisingly not cheesy! lol

Maybelline Master Conceal Review!!

Hello everyone!
Recently, Maybelline has come out with a ton of new products including this Master Conceal Camouflaging Concealer. I haven't heard too much about this product yet, but everything that I've heard, so far, has been positive. Therefore, I decided to pick this concealer up and try it out.
Ive been using this concealer for a couple of weeks now and its awesome. I dont have a single bad thing to say about it, so I'm going to keep this review short and sweet by using some bullet points.
  • It is is medium-full coverage and is buildable without looking cakey.
  • The packaging is easy to use and sanitary. It is just a squeezy tube.
  • The price is great. Its around $7.99.
  • There is not many shades in the range, but the fair shade is perfect for me.
  • It lasts all day.
  • It doesn't crease under my eyes.
  • A little goes a LONG way. I use a tiny dot. (photo example below)
  • I wear it under my Laura Mercier mineral powder foundation and it looks flawless!

I used this much and it was still a tad too much!

Before and After!
In the before photo you can see some blemishes & dark circles. In the after photo you can see how amazingly this concealer covered those areas.

Final look!
This is how my foundation looks after applying the Maybelline concealer, Laura Mercier mineral foundation and some bronzing powder.  (I was only going to the grocery store, so I didnt bother with eye makeup lol)
